Plastic waste is an issue at the forefront of many people's minds and new research commissioned by the British Heart Foundation shows just how much children's toys are contributing towards the problem.
In a bid to tackle the amount of toys being thrown into landfill the charity has launched a toy amnesty, with the Easter holidays serving as the perfect time to have a clear out.
