New research from the MS Trust has found that for those with MS, exercise can have a positive impact on mental health, strength and in some cases can reduce fatigue. Ahead of MS Awareness Week, the charity is keen to dispel the myth that those with MS should avoid exercise and encourage people to pop on their pumps and introduce a little activity into their daily routine.
