6 minutes | Thursday, 10 January 2019

For many, scribbled at the top of every new year’s resolution list is one of the most popular commitments - lose weight. On average 48% of the UK are expected to bulk buy cabbage and pay a visit to their local gym this new year, additionally 61% of men and women enjoy starting a diet and feel motivated and determined.
