With just a few more sleeps until Christmas Day, preparations will become more and more frantic until the big day.
New research by Dreams reveals that those suffering from increased lack of sleep become irritable (28%), find themselves falling asleep during the day (47%) and 1 in 7 (15%) are even forced to cut Christmas day short to go to
bed as they’re so tired.
