According to research by Salesforce more than one in three workers (37%) in the UK believe there is a risk they won’t be able to get a job if they don't acquire further skills to match future technology.
Around two thirds (63%) of employees believe that the development of their technological skills would have a positive impact on their company's overall efficiency.
Salesforce claims the research shows the key is to move away from the mentality that learning ends with formal education.
