An open letter to the energy regulator Ofgem claims consumers aren’t getting a fair deal from Price Comparison Websites.
The letter's authors Flipper - the UK’s first independent energy switching service - is calling for an investigation into how Price Comparison Websites operate. The company is urging Ofgem to look at the impact of commission-based deals to ensure PCWs and energy providers are acting in the best interest of customers.
If price comparison sites aren’t showing us all the options how do consumers know they are getting the best deal?
