Britain has been reaching record breaking temperatures and weather forecasts predict that the heat is likely to return in the latter part of August and last until October.

New research found that only 10% of Brits have been consuming the suggested 1.4 to 1.8 litres of water on a daily basis, putting them at further risk of heat related illnesses such as heat stroke and low hydration.

Dr Tom Bracewell and pharmacist Matt Thornes joined us to offer some advice on keeping safe during hot weather.
