A new ‘Annual Plant-Based Paper’ report from Alpro was released, revealing that British attitudes towards adopting more plant-based foods into diets are on the rise.
It uncovered that almost a quarter Brits (23%) said they have been eating more plant-based food than they were five years ago, furthermore nearly one in five Brits (19%) admit to eating more plant-based than even a year ago. But what has been causing this sudden change in our dietary desires?
